Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling within 72 hours of a session can't be accepted automatically via the website. Please email dawn@mindfullyu.co.uk to cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of a session. Full refunds for cancellations are available up to 12 hours before a session. Thereafter, a 30% admin fee applies.
